Clients and supply chain partners continue to work with familiar faces who understand their assets, expectations, and operating environment.

Heiko Seefeldt – Geschäftsführer

Heiko Seefeldt continues in his role as Geschäftsführer of OIS‑Conbit, a position he already fulfilled within OIS. Heiko brings valuable experience, deep technical understanding, and strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners. His leadership is characterised by openness, reliability, and a pragmatic offshore mindset. With a strong presence in Rostock, Heiko plays a key role in day‑to‑day operations and long‑term development of the company.

Support from Conbit Headquarters

Heiko Seefeldt is supported by Daan van den Wildenberg, who is seconded from Conbit headquarters in the Netherlands. Daan works closely with the OIS and ISC teams on a daily basis, liaising between organisations and supporting alignment of processes, governance, and long‑term objectives. By shadowing Heiko, Daan helps ensure continuity while supporting the integration and future development of OIS‑Conbit.

Integration, Experience and CommercialSupport

The integration of OIS‑Conbit is further supported by Dave Montforts, a senior leader and former Managing Director of Conbit. His experience adds strategic oversight and guidance during the integration phase. Commercially, Bram van Oirschot supports the local commercial team, strengthening market positioning and driving commercial efforts in close cooperation with the Rostock‑based organisation.
